Greetings,
Canada, as the United States' largest trading partner and California's
second-largest, is an accessible and affordable country with which to conduct
international business. As business
costs are 9% lower than in the United
States, it is an attractive location to
expand business. The province of Alberta
is Canada's
most affluent, educated and entrepreneurial province, with over $125.4 billion
GDP. As that region flourishes, driven
by oil revenue, it is increasingly looking outside Canada to purchase manufactured
products and work with business professionals to help train their rapidly
growing workforce. We hope to connect
Bay Area companies of all sorts- manufacturers, import/ export companies, and
professional services- with opportunities for growth in Canada.

| The Bay Area World Trade Center and East Bay Center for International Trade Development's "Insider's Breakfasts" are monthly events that
focus on key issues for our local trade community. Collaborating with the
region's top organizations and minds, we seek to provide an insightful look into
hot topics in trade. We encourage members and non-members alike to attend these
events which are wonderful educational and networking opportunities. They meet
the WTC's goal of promoting trade and trade education to our Bay Area community
in order to strengthen our region in the global marketplace. For more
information on the BAWTC, please visit our website at www.bawtc.com. For information on the East Bay CITD, visit here. For a complete list of Bay Area international
